    Yes, we have a Blue Flag certificate which indicates that our beaches are cleaned daily and protected from harmful substances and waste.

  • Do you work on environmental projects such as planting trees and protecting the environment?

    Yes, our hotels have several green areas where we conduct projects including protecting and planting trees periodically.

  • How do you conduct disinfection procedures at your hotel?

    Disinfection procedures are carried out daily in line with the circulars issued by the Ministry of Tourism and Health.

  • What sort of protection measures do you take against Covid-19 at your hotels?

    We follow all rules and regulations issued by the Ministry of Tourism and Health and we have taken all precautions at our hotels to ensure our guests a safe and enjoyable holiday. Precautions include temperature checks, masks required at check-in, disinfection procedures for general areas and rooms regularly and so much more.   • Do your restaurants serve customers every day?

    Each of our restaurants is open every day but the service hours are variable depending on the hotel availability.

  • Do we need to book in advance for the a la carte restaurants at some of your hotels?

    For our à la carte restaurants, you must notify the reception or guest relations one day in advance.

  • Do you host themed dinner nights at your restaurants?

    Each summer we have a few themed dinner nights including several buffets from the world cuisine. Please contact the front office for more information about the dates.

  • What are the opening hours of your restaurants?

    The service hours of our main restaurant are between 07.00-10.00 for breakfast, 12.30-14.30 for lunch, and 19.30-21.30 for dinner.

  • How many restaurants do you generally have at your hotels?

    We typically have one main restaurant in each hotel followed by a snack bar, tea and cake time section, and several beverage bars. You can get the restaurant details specific to each hotel from our restaurants' section.

  • What kind of activities are at the hotel for children?

    There are Mini Club activities and children's playgrounds accompanied by our animation team. In addition, there are children's pools and playgrounds in our water parks.

  • What day activities do you have at your hotel?

    There are lots of activities during the day including morning exercise, aerobics, dart game, aqua gym, boccia, daily game tournament, Zumba, water polo, beach volleyball, football, and many kinds of pool games.

  • What evening activities and show programmes do you have at your hotel?

    According to the weekly schedule, we organize shows such as mini disco, acrobat show, competition night, Turkish night (folklore), karaoke night, Latin dance night, and more.

  • Is water sports available at your hotels?

    Water sports are available on the beach of our hotels with an extra fee. You can find more details in the activities section.

  • If we book one of your hotels, could we also utilise the facilities at your other hotels in the area?

    You can use the facilities such as the beach, sunbathing and food and beverage services according to availability. Please ask the front desk for more information.

  • Can you please explain your Treasure Hunt game tournament?

  • Are your hotels by the beach?

    Club Yalı Hotels & Resorts, Cactus Paradise, Cactus Fleur Beach, and Cactus Mirage are located by the sea and have been awarded the Blue Flag for the beach.

  • Is your hotel's beach sand and does it have a pier?

    Yes, our seaside facilities have their own sandy beach and pier.

  • For hotel stays, is there a discounted or free rate for children of certain age?

    Free rates apply to the first child between the ages of 0-2 and 0-12; and the second child has 50% discount.

  • Is the room cleaning done periodically?

    Our rooms are cleaned regularly and fresh towels are provided daily.

  • Can we bring pets to your hotel?

    Unfortunately, our furry friends are not accepted at our facilities.

  • Do you have facilities to accommodate disabled guests at your hotel?

    Most of our hotels have available rooms for disabled guests. Our best facilities to accommodate our guests are Club Yali Hotels & Resorts, Cactus Paradise, Cactus Fleur Beach, and Cactus Mirage.

    You can visit the waterpark as a group with prior reservation confirmation.

    Our hotel guests can enter for free on weekdays and they also have a 50% discount on weekends.

    Free entry for children aged 0-6 ages and discount applied for 7-12-year-olds.

  • What are the opening hours of your waterparks?

    Our waterparks are open from the 1st of June until the 15th of September (dates are subject to change, please visit the waterpark website). Our waterpark is open from 10.00 until 18.00 and the slides are open until 17.30.

    We have a lot of safety, hygiene, food, and environment protection certificates including ISO 9001: Quality Management and Food Safety Certificate, ISO 14001: Environment Certificate, Blue Flag: Safe Beach Certificate, Turcev: International Environment Certificate.

  • What should I do if I forgot an item at the hotel?

    Forgotten items are safely stored in the front office for a few days. Please contact the front office in such a case.

  • The all-inclusive concept is within which time period and what does it include?

    Our all-inclusive concept is between 07:00 and 23:00 and it includes food and beverage services throughout the day.

  • Which documents should I present while entering the hotel?

    For the registration, our guests can show an ID card, driving license, or passport at the hotel.

  • What are the payment terms for late check-out?

    You can extend your check-out time until 18.00 by paying the day rate for the hotel.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Our guests' can check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 12:00.

  • Do you have parking facilities at your hotels?

    Parking is available in our facilities.

  • How close are your hotels to the nearest city centers by walking and with a vehicle?

    Our Izmir hotels are 3 km from the center of Gümüldür, within 25 minutes' walking distance. Our Bodrum hotels are 3 km from the center of Yalıkavak, and it takes an average of 25 minutes to walk to the center.

  • Are there any transportation companies you have agreements with?

    You can get information about the car transfers from the hotel front desk.

  • Which airport is closer to you?

    Adnan Menderes Airport is the closest airport to our Izmir hotels and Milas Airport is the closest airport for our Bodrum hotels.
