World Health Organization, T.C. Within the scope of the Covid-19 circulars of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Tourism, we have taken some measures at our hotel this season. We have also arranged our services according to this new normal.


It will be applied on the basis of departments and in our hotel in general; measures, rules and our new operating system are below.


Our hotel facilities differ according to the facility you have booked.

Hotel Check-in

  • Our guests leave their luggage in the designated area at the entrance of the main gate. Our personnel, who have received the necessary hygiene training in this regard, performs the disinfection of the suitcase and safely carries it to the acceptance place.
  • Our guests passing through the hygiene mats are greeted by the guest relations or health worker in the designated area at the hotel entrance.
  • Pursuant to the circular; The body temperatures of our guests will be measured at the entrance to the hotel, and in case of a negative situation, this information will be shared with them only within the framework of KVKK, and necessary actions will be taken as written in the action plans.
  • Our guests who check in are given an information text about Corona Virus. We also have information boards in public areas.
  • Our guests who will register for entrance are requested to fill in the hotel entrance registration form and the pandemic form prepared in accordance with the circular. Registration is completed.
  • All materials exchanged during the check-in process are disinfected and offered for use.
  • In this neighborhood; Disinfectant for handbags, disinfectant for hands, masks and gloves are available in case of need.
  • Disinfection of coins and banknotes is provided. Where possible, contactless payment will be taken.

General Areas

  • There are hand disinfection apparatus and units in all general places, WCs and at every needed point, and these are followed meticulously.
  • All transactions that may require contact during entry and exit procedures will be carried out duly within the framework of the safe physical distance rule.
  • Capacity utilization of elevators at the same time; it is limited by distance lines so that only members of a family or a maximum of 2 people who do not know each other can use it. Elevator operating instructions are placed in visible places.

Room Hygiene

  • The floor attendant wearing a mask will use gloves and cloth (disposable cloth if necessary) separately for each room.
  • The cleaning of the places that need to be disinfected in the rooms is carried out by our trained personnel.
  • The textiles and accessories in our rooms have been minimized for your safety during the pandemic.
  • Your amenities to be placed in the rooms are disinfected and placed.
  • Every room used is disinfected with a disinfectant approved by the Ministry of Health for the environment of the rooms at the specified frequency and after each check-out.
  • There is a separate colored waste bag for disposable materials and a separate bag for cloths to be used separately in each room.
  • Transfer trolleys used for clean and dirty laundry/textiles are regularly disinfected.
  • All towels will be transported in special bags for the rooms and placed in your room safely.
  • We disinfect the TV and air conditioner controls in the rooms in the best way in accordance with your safety and offer them to your use.
  • Curtains, lampshades etc. Equipment is regularly disinfected.
  • In toilet cleaning, floors, toilet bowls, urinals, sinks and door handles are frequently cleaned and disinfected records are kept.
  • During the cleaning of each room, our masked personnel continue their duties by changing gloves and cleaning cloths.

Restaurant and Service

  • In the main restaurant and all bars, the distance between the tables is 1.5 meters and the chairs are 60 cm, according to the circular rule.
  • Tables and chairs in the main restaurant and all bars are cleaned and disinfected in detail after each service.
  • Baby chairs are covered with cling film after being washed with soapy water and disinfected with an appropriate disinfectant, as in routine practice.
  • When guests enter the restaurant, they are directed to use the hand disinfectant at the entrance.
  • Social distancing signs have been placed in restaurants, bars and places where there may be a wait.
  • Orders are taken from guests by observing social distance rules.
  • In the open buffet, the meals are served by the service personnel, observing the social distance rules.
  • In all food and beverage units; Tables, chairs, seating areas are arranged in accordance with the recommended safe distances. Restaurant, bar and general venue sizes and capacities are extremely spacious and adequate.
  • Forks and knives are disinfected and presented to the guests in packaging.
  • All beverage services are provided by the service personnel on duty.
  • The food and beverages we will offer to our guests; We choose from registered vendors and well-known brands that produce healthy food, we disinfect their packages when receiving them and take them under control. Our food and water safety risk management system is constantly audited by official and independent external audit firms without notice. You can safely consume our food and drinks.
  • We produce healthy and reliable food by adding our Covid-19 procedures to our food production, which is carried out within the scope of HACCP and ISO procedures in the kitchen.

Personnel Hygiene

  • Personnel have been trained in the necessary hygiene procedures and approved by the Ministry of Health.
  • certificate, as well as the Covid-19 Reality and Hygiene training certificate issued by an internationally accredited company on hygiene and all necessary personal protective equipment.
  • All of our personnel are provided with detailed periodic trainings specifically for the departments, within the framework of the relevant legislation, on the methods of protection against COVID-19, the conditions of transmission and the applications to be made.
  • Our workplace doctor regularly checks the health of our personnel.
  • Our employees apply the rule of safe physical distance between our guests and themselves.

Spa and Pool

  • Hammam, sauna and massage services are made in accordance with social distance with reservation, and disinfection of all surfaces is carried out after each use. Chlorine and pH levels in the pools are kept at the values in accordance with the pool regulations, they are checked and recorded according to the regulation.
  • Pool uses are arranged according to the rules coming from the Ministry and are included in the information board.
  • At the poolside, there are sunbeds, coffee tables, etc., which are placed in accordance with the social distance according to the Ministry's circular.

Kids Club

  • Kids Clubs are not currently in service. Our outdoor playground is open for our little guests. There is a hand disinfectant unit at the entrances. They continue to serve under the supervision of their families.

Beach and Pool

  • If possible, please bring your beach towels with you. It can also be provided to you by the hotel upon your request. You can request sunbed disinfection at certain times from our mattress disinfection unit located at the beach entrance.

Activities

  • Sports and entertainment activities in the facility will comply with safe distance rules; will operate at low capacities.


  • Exercise and activities will take place in open areas while maintaining social distance.
